Jocelyn and Lucas turned 5 weeks the other day. I can't believe they have already been home for a month. They are growing so fast!
At our 1 month appointment on Jan 27th Jocelyn was 8lbs and Lucas was 7.5lbs. That may seem little to you, but it is huge to us. Everyday they feel heavier and it is getting harder to pick them up with one hand!
