Meet Lucas Carl:
- He enjoys a routine and finds comfort is knowing what comes next
- He is very perceptive to things around him. He pauses when Jocelyn cries.
- He only likes his bouncer and swing when mommy or daddy are with in his sight and can put himself to sleep if other people are in the room.
- He hates being alone and waking up alone.
- He prefers his sister's pink butterfly mobile over his sports one, but we are working on this.
- His hand/eye coordination is developing and he can grab the toys in his crib.
- He farts and burps like a man (sometimes I don't know if it was him or Rick)
- He likes to pee all over the kitchen counter after his bath
- He loves to kick and punch his arms similar to karate moves and is very proud of himself
- His favorite place is the changing table. He will smile and coo the entire time.
- He likes knowing which Sesame Street character is on his diaper.
- He does not have a fear of strangers and is known to ham it up.
- His eyes are bright blue like his daddy's
- He is a morning person and is very loud and energetic after we wake him up (like his Mommy!)
- He smiles, squeals, coos and tries to talk all day long. We think we will be our early talker.
- He usually falls asleep during tummy time. I think he would prefer to sleep on his stomach.
- His feet are always flexed and we can tell he will inherit mommy's high arches.
Taken this morning at 12 Weeks. He is so happy in the mornings.
